FISHBOWL was founded in Sydney in 2016 with a simple goal - change fast food, change the culture. Specialising in made to order salads with a Japanese twist, they sought to become a platform that could empower people to make healthier decisions by turning salads into a lifestyle.
Food provenance, traceability and sustainability are at the heart of what they do. The team recognise that great food starts with great ingredients, and so they’ve established strong connections with all their suppliers, who provide them with the freshest, highest quality, seasonally driven produce they can source.
Everything at FISHBOWL is made from scratch, every day. Their team of chef’s carefully break down and prepare nature’s food with minimal intervention and maximum love. Good food often has a great story and this retailer pride themselves on being open about where and how they source their food, as well as how they prepare it.
