CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS AT MELBOURNE QUARTER

During the last quarter, we have seen some exciting milestones on Melbourne Quarter Tower. Below are the highlights:
- The angled roof is constructed and completed as Melbourne Quarter Tower tops out
- The roof of M1 has waterproofing complete and plinths for perimeter netting poured
- The much anticipated brickwork facade of M1 continues to take shape
- The steel structure of level 3 of the Super Retail has commenced and pergola steel completed, with facade framing underway.
- The end of trip facilities tiling continues and shower cubicles have been installed to the first shower bay.
As we edge closer to practical completion which is anticipated in May 2024, Melbourne Quarter Tower continues to drive its prominence in the Melbourne CBD skyline.
