Last week, Two Melbourne Quarter, the second of three commercial towers planned for the precinct, celebrated topping out with an official ceremony demonstrating the integrated capabilities between our Development, Building and Investment Management teams. 

On Thursday 21 November, the precinct's 44-storey East Tower residential building celebrated its topping out milestone alongside joint venture partner Mitsubishi Estate Asia.


Upon completion, Two Melbourne Quarter will be an innovative commercial building featuring large flexible floor plates, wellbeing amenities including End-of-Trip facilities and access to the existing and future planned mix of hospitality, retail, childcare and wellness services available at Melbourne Quarter.

The Woods Bagot-designed tower is expected to house up to 4,500 workers across 25 storeys, including anchor tenant Energy Australia.


Set to become Lendlease’s largest residential tower in Australia and positioned on the western end of Flinders Street, East Tower, the 44-storey building makes the most of its prime position overlooking Melbourne's CBD, bay and Yarra River, with elegant finishes and abundant amenity inside and around our neighbourhood.

Due for completion in 2020, the Fender Katsalidis designed 719 apartment tower will be a vibrant, sophisticated new neighbourhood.

Residents at East Tower will also enjoy exclusive access to a range of luxurious amenities at Club MQ, which features resort-style facilities spread over three floors including a 25-metre swimming pool, spa, steam room, sauna, gym, private theatrette and lounge.
