ONE MELBOURNE QUARTER OPENS

At 699 Collins Street, you’ll find One Melbourne Quarter, the first of our commercial towers, and the new home of Lendlease’s Victorian headquarters, global design and engineering firm Arup and wealth manager AMP.  

Spanning 13 levels, the building will target leading sustainability outcomes in water consumption, waste management and indoor environment quality, with a 6 Star Green Star rating.

Complementing the innovative office design is One Melbourne Quarter’s direct access to Sky Park and our future public square, encouraging agile working with shared public seating, shaded rooms and moveable furniture.  

Within our constantly evolving neighbourhood, the building is the first office tower to be constructed. Once complete, the entire precinct is expected to accommodate around 130,000sqm of flexible office space and more than 13,000 workers.
